Any good tips for fitting a standard amarr scout? I put two dampeners and one armor repair on it. I dislike dust's shotgun, so I went with breach AR and nova knifes. Obviously have a cloak on it. Nothing is in the high or second equipment slots, the cloak takes up too much CPU, at least until I can take the scout skill up from level two. I would say get rid of the cloak for some other modules/eq/better weapons or anything. You'll get more experience in stalking people when not using cloak. Besides, good players notice cloak scouts anyway so IMO there's no point in fitting it unless you got a proto scout skill + proto cloak (as the proto one gives you a damp bonus).
