It depends on how good a manager Rouge is, how dedicated the devs are to making it succeed and how much of the dev team gets periodically hijacked to assist fixes in EVE. CCP tends to be slow with info, so we probably won't hear until christmas/new year. Spring quarter most likely.

With Legion, they have a huge base of assets to build off of, and it's for the PC which is much easier to code for. I suspect most of the current work is being spent on building the base game engine, which isn't very exciting to report. It'd be really cool if he sat in on an episode of the biomassed podcast. It would be reassuring to the player base, even if there was a lot of "I can't talk about that yet" moments. I think CCP is so terrified of making the mistake of over-promising and under-delivering (as they did in the past), that they're going to the opposite extreme of saying almost nothing and promising very little. In my secret dream life i imagine it's because Rouge is cracking the whip to guarantee that Legion delivers state of the art FPS mechanics, controls, netcode - and is doing this with the full backing and support of Reykjavik. So the PS3 could be able to handle some NICE PVE with a small squad. Secondly, Dust major problem is the Unreal Engine has to use a custom code to port to PS4 from UE3 or custom code to port from UE4 to PS3. This really messes up CCP to either eat crow and contact the Thief people to get a consultation or to pay through the noise to get UE4 to port to the PS3 to keep Dust working. Real cluster F if you don't have some good people keeping the team on the correct track. Thirdly, CCP can't/won't tell the truth if our gaming lives depending on it. Rewatching the legion videos there direction is really off center and needs a major reminder of what this game is good at and what it's not good at. Over 50 Million SP and almost full proto in all Caldari Suits. No matter how hard CCP tries Dust just won't die on PS3/4

Let me re.iterate, the hotfixes are CCPs provision to maintain the game 'reasonably' untill the contract with Sony expires...
