Has CCP ever balanced anything properly? Heavies slaughter pretty much everyone the solution is to give them more damage. ADS still pretty much winning every match going 30/0 on average. The solution? Make them cheaper so pilots can stop using that as the only argument for balance. |

They managed to properly balance Assaults and Commnados.
CCP may not always get things right on the first pass, but tweaks and balancing are (luckily) open to feedback and suggestions from the Community, which dispite those who have malcontent towards the community, reduces the margin of error.
If you find that there is a problem with an item, then feel free to present your issues in a well mannered and constructed form. Ranting and randomly berating Community Members and/or Developers solves nothing, while serving to unnesecarily anger others.

edit: Thier ISK argument doesn't hold up at all, so you'll see some ADS nerfs along with an SL buff shortly.
Why didn't you run for CPM?

I can't comment on CCP as a company, but I can comment on CCP Rattai and Logibro: they seem to take balancing slowly and methodically. Small adjustments here and there are safer and better for the community than "OMGZ NERF DERPSHIPS!"

They balance based on the community. CCP along with other companies balance on their ideas.
