Nothing with alcohol, try to limit sodium and anything that will dehydrate you. I like twix, or other caramel chocolate cadies like snickers too. Freeze em and reward yourself after a good match with cold, sweet chocolate. Lays Stacks are my favorite chips. $1 for a can of them and they're thicker and much more enjoying than pringles. They're not greasy at all either like regular lays, just make sure you have a napkin and grab them by the edges. I'll still head to the corner store and get that stuff every so often, but the need or desire to do that only comes up once or twice a year instead of a few times each season.
