How about we remove that nasty lack of speed. Logis are gimmick ed in other ways and speed is crucial to survival when supporting. Logis should be fast with low hp tiers and fast recovery..on this note I think ccp should give the efficacy to fitting recovery modules..maybe give The amar logi fitting to plates minnie and cal bonuses to rechargers and energizers...gall to reps just a thought
If you leave call for help screen you should immediately clone die. You mind and being just left your clone to be put in a new clone..I.e old clone dies immediately eliminates unwilling revives
I think repper tools should have a max lock on time forcing you to re lock every so on to re establish the connection...This eliminates skilless chain repping.
Caldari nanohives...could The caldari get a area of effect bonus for nanos..making cal Nanos have a much larger range while keeping current bonuses
Leave base ehp crippled.
Active scanners should be buffed. Dunno how don't use em.
Delayed revive wp rewards..for 4 seconds after revive so rapidly reviving and downing clones gives no reward but clean revives do. Add a slight bonus wp for kills made by clone within x time frame of being revived.
Just a few of my thoughts been brainstorming

The main problem with a Nanohive bonus is that they're useless in terms of WP gain. You only get 10WP for the initial supply, as opposed to every tick. Even if you were to give ammo to the entire team, you'd only make 160WP, which negligible.
If Active Scanners are buffed, then you'd basically remove the benifit of Medium Frames investing into Dampening V, which is getting under STD scanners without having to use Profile Dampeners. Not only that, but if ACSs were buffed, that would most likely make them OP on Gallente Logistics.

lives you get wp..even if your dead..AND I added a increase to wp gain moments at et the revive with wp for each kill..
In a situation where a heavy was down a clean revive and rep would given e you really good wp while he kills..but eventually you would have to re lock your repper..because why not repper requires no real skill and chain repping when lock lasts forever doesn't either

It take more skill than locking on 2 heavy and strafing in a circle for over a minute..not if the repper tool had a max lock on times 1 there would always be clear definition ed pauses in a rep stream. 2 it would take more skill than lock on strafe in a circle escape call if the timers were scaled like 5 secs at stnd 9 at adv 11 at proto ..it forces a logi to time they're healing

Secondly
There needs to be more variants of active scanners
One that scans a long range but short scan angle
one that has a wide angle but short range
and one that's in between.
With all the variants that would be within each one of course.
Lastly there needs to be a bonus for all equipment when using Logistics. Not the same exact bonus but it would be based off the races relation with said equipment.
Two examples: The Caldari logistics would get less of a Repair tool bonus than Gallente but Caldari would get more of a bonus to..lets say uplinks over the Gallente.
With the scanners it makes sense to me I don't run them though so as I've said I can't speculate ..as for the varying strength bonuses I agree..all logis should get some bonus to each equipment with some logis having higher strengths in some areas

Delayed WP for revives punishes good logis who have bad teammates. If you're a good logi but your teammate is bad, they'll run into the open and get killed again, meaning no WP for your good deeds. Considering how most people in PUB/FW Matches have no situational awareness whatsoever, my scenario is much more likely to happen. Adding ways to obtain WP won't change the fact that your proposal creates more problems than it solves.
You shouldn't get rewarded for harvesting off a blue dots idiocy. Nor should you get an award for not contributing. Nor should you get an award for being a bad field medic ..you revive someone in the line of fire who can't take it ..your a bad logi.

And if you haven't figured out yet that theres a durational WP cap on rep tools that already prompts unlocking and relocking on your target so all this about needing to add a timer of some sort to it too is redundant and unneccessary...You're a bad logi.
As if I'm a great logi..I've probably gotten more wp in one match than your best 2 combined. And the wp.cap is nothing major you can still break upwards of 8 k no problem. Don't get ur panties in a wad because I made a suggestion that makes repper tool more complicated than point hold ..and Derp around in a circle until your pet is done
