Just got my shiny new proto minassault but I have no idea how to fit it. Should I dual tank? Regen tank? Maybe even Speed tank? Any advice is appreciated.

First ask yourself what your playstyle is. Suit has to fit your playstyle not adapting your playstyle to a suit. |

When I used to run Min Assault (I was lvl 4 into it), I ran all shields or shields with a precision, an a ferroscale on my low with a cardiac regulator. (I wasn't skilled in kin cats yet) sometimes I ran two cardiac regulators. I wasn't the best Assault, matter of fact I was subpar haha. But I did alright every now and then. I think I played my Min Assault too much like a Scout, then I found my way with the Min Scout.

Anyways yeah the great thing about Min Assault is that you can dual tank, run biotics or be an armor tanking Min(which I don't understand because you're losing your speed).

It is currently the best in balance assault suit imo. I ran it last year when it was tough to be Min assault or scout, now at least you have fitting options if your cores are high enough.
I would have several options to be a shield, armor, and duel tank set up, with variations of slayer and quick regen type suits.
Try some builds including the inherent speed and stamina as well. A kincat and regulator are nice to have.+Compact nano ftw.
Fit all proto modules, even tanked the suit if faster than most.
Using the Combat rifle++ammo is going to give you an edge in any situation. I will have my proto min ass in 2 weeks. Looking forward to it. I am noticing many try hards after the sp event have already SPeced into it.

If you get all your cores you should be able to fit this easily
Flanker Min Assault
2x Complex Shield Extenders
1x Enhanced Shield Extender
1x Enhanced Energizer
1x Complex Shield Regulator
1x Complex Ferroscale Armour Plate
1x Complex Armor Repair
1x Complex Cardio enhancer
Six Kin or Boundless (whatever you are comfortable with)
m209 assault smg or six kin smg
Core locus
I recommend a nanohive but you can
fit whatever
(Highest K/D on a DOM map was 52/1 (only died once at the end because i got greedy and ran into 2 heavies point blank
No fitting will save you from that no matter how good it is.)
Front-line Min Assault
3x Complex Light Damage Modifiers
1x Enhanced Shield Recharge
2x Complex Ferroscale Armor Plate
1x Enhanced Armor Plate
1x Complex Amour rep
Boundless for open maps
Six Kin assault for CQC
Boundless SMG or any Assault SMG (if you can fit)
Your Grenade of choice but flux can be useful against heavies
Run any equipment, a K-17D is awesome if you can fit the PG but K-2 or X-3 hives are awesome too!
You can run heavier armor if you want on this fit. I just prefer to keep my movement speed above 5.00m/s so i can still flank with ease or run....nothing wrong with giving your self options.
Have fun. Especially with the front-line assault. You can get some *Fan Mail* if you know what i mean.
