Back in the closed beta with the camera scope I would 2-shot everything with the crazy burst headshots since you have hardly any recoil. Burst/Semi-auto weapons are also terrible in lag-filled environments... Part of the reason the CR is so effective is because of its alpha damage. It destroys shields and then melts armor even more quickly. Damage profile is the obvious reason to choose the CR over the BAR 7162 wp with a Repair Tool! List of Legion Feedback Threads!

My issue with firing the thing is dealing with the slight lag I seem to get all the time. You try to stay in rhythm only to get out of sync when you're firing faster than the game will register. 7162 wp with a Repair Tool! List of Legion Feedback Threads!

You tested these on the Commando MK.0. This means that the CR has an advantage in your live fire tests due to the extra 10% damage. I'm a Spooky Scary Ghost Before you ask, yes this is me.

The Burst AR's scope is disorienting as you said. It zooms to an extent that makes you want to fire out of your effective, and makes it harder to ADS at targets that are in it. It should be scrapped and replaced with an iron sight. Everything you should be shooting at with any AR but the TAR is close enough that zoom is a hinderance. The total lack of any drag or movement at all in ADS for the Burst AR does seem bugged.
