After a long while of testing different suits I finally can share some of my favorite fittings that I've decided on.
I'm currently using two different variants of each suit:
Amarr Assault
Minmatar Assault
Caldari Assault
I have nothing against the Gallente assault, I just haven't skilled into it yet :P
The rest of my Charlie fittings will be covered in another video, just wanted to share the finalized assault fittings I have found to be the most effective.

WOW. This is the first thing I've ever seen that made me want to try out assault suits. I want every one of them! 80 hips shield regen on tha Cal! That Amar proto looks deadly, is this the one you used in that SCR video? And that min dual regen. I almost hate you now for removing my blissful ignorance of these things. Now I'm going to be scared of assaults.

It's worth it, trust me.
I never started playing assault very much until charlie let me go all out with crazy fittings like this.
That Minmatar Assault regen is ridiculously good. Throw on a dampener instead of one of the armor repairers and you get a ton of pg back to fit a better grenade, maybe a final complex extender, or upgrade the SMG to a six kin.
Then not only are you fast, with high regen, and a huge amount of HP...but you're practically invisible to anything but scouts.

I like to run the MinAss on an alt, and boy is that suit deadly. It's definitely my favorite assault suit. I just hope I'm not considered a heathen for running an ScP on it instead of an smg

You're losing out on the SMG bonus, but that's about it.
