what would the chances of getting a new medium and light suits be, a suit like gallente/caldar frame anti-armor suit that gives a bonus to the repetive plc and swarmlauncher and a light frame version with a bonus to proxies and av nades, or a grenadier suit that gets a bonus to grenade carry amount? |

Please edit your rambling in the form of a paragraph.
But to answer one of your questions (I think) is that adding a flat damage bonus to AV weapons on a suit directly throws vehicle/AV balance out of whack, and winds up needing a nerf/buff pass on everything involved. |

it dosnt have to be a flat damage bonus it could be something like adding extra shots to the plc clip or an exta missle to the swarm or modification of the speed of missles or plc rounds something specfic to anti.vehicle play |

Personally, the only changes I would make to light/medium frames would be as follows.
Black Eagle Scout becomes the model for the new Commando (i.e. make one for each race and rename it Commando suit), Assault takes the place of what is currently the Commando (i.e. rename the Commando suit the Assault suit), newly open Medium Frame designation gets reworked into an offensive eWar suit (for those of use used to Eve, think Recon ships, specifically Combat Recon ships).
Other than that, I'm not 100% sure we should be considering new dropsuits when we don't have full utilization of the existing ones nor do we even have a full allotment of suits (I'm looking at you Mr Pilot suit who still has a category on the market and is otherwise nowhere to be found).
