Yea I think so. Yes 25k is accessible as it should have been. It prevented rooftop campers from getting too comofortable. Especially when it came to changing the tide, which made it a fun tug of war. But now that it takes longer to achieve, rooftop campers sit cozy and continue to drive nails into the coffin. And most of the time, you simply dont have enough time to gain one. The only issue with rooftop campers is when they have nano hives and spawns glitched into the floor, so you can't get them (even with a damn flux grenade or punching.) Without that clearing them out or making them ineffective is as simple as flying up next to them and clearing the roof.
