I have thought of a great idea to stop teamkills
Lets say....Rattati teamkills xavior zor using a swarm launcher...Rattati automatically gains an enemy tag to both teams and whoever kills him still gets the kill. He cannot be revived either. The person who rattati killed can be revived and if he is killed a second time by rattati, rattati is banned from FW for 48 hours. If rattati killed xavior zor, is killed and respawns he can fire upon friendly teammates as normal but he will be banned for 48 hours if doing so.
Whoever is teamkilled doesn't get a death to their name.
Possible Abuses: Rattati teamkills, john kills rattati and gets a kill....rattati revived by john then rekilled. Rattati cannot be revived after teamkilling |

Seriously though, I'm against it. If you added a rule for the person teamkilled pushing the Punish button then that might be ok. But the squad I run with, when we have a good game going and try to go after the same kill, we end up killing each other; not the grief type but the legitimate "oops sorry bro" type. I've seen them do it twice, accidentally (and we laugh about it and my task is to always pick them ).
Using your fix, they would have been kick-banned from FW right after the second time. So I can't say I totally agree to it.
That said, I would like a better counter against team killing in FW's. I just made a thread about Nanite Injectors. Maybe a fix lies there?

I like the current system. I mean if you're not smart enough to coax Tkers to killing you in Starter fits so they get kicked/weakening Tkers in front of the enemy so they die more, then should you really be playing in the Lower sec?

Rattati cannot be revived after teamkilling didnt read... just make it a temporary bannable offense MORE then 24 hours for repeatedly rezing and killing a player as it could be classed as "harassment"

Why not just leave it like the first part you mentioned. If Rattiti kills scum sucker then Ratiti is now target of both teams. Except make it like a mini event it will pop up at the top of the screen that Rattiti is now prime target and you get som bonus SP or Isk for killing him and Rattiti gets a death if he is killed by someone after. But it resets after he dies and as long as he keeps team killing he keeps getting made prime target until the usual penalties kick in and he gets booted from the game. Although i dont ever see this happening since CCP stopped development on this game. SO guess you will have to keep dealing with me team killing MWAHAHAHA.

I would never do that to Rattati. Bad karma for future hotfixes.
