Most Minmatar Scouts don't dampen so even with their cloaks, I can scan them out with my Gallente Logistics and ADV Quantum Scanner. Must be embarrassing and guaranteed death for a scout of any sort to be scanned.

Code breakers + REs + Uplinks mean hack, deny and reinforce an objective. I used to run a min logi hacker when I started (Noob only 14 million SP). Logi's are a great way to learn about the game. Tactically though the bro's run in the middle of a crowd whilst scouts flank and come in. A logi paired with a heavy make a great anvil for scouts to hammer opponents between. The only suit that had hacking bonus was mini logi, its only after 1.6 or 1.7 that min scout got the bonus

The whole point of my post was that he was trying to use a Logi suit for a scouts role. If he wants to transition to a more scoutly role, while using his current gear, he is going to have to create niche fits, which would include Codebreakers for hacking. I was not saying it was a logi role. I was just trying to help him do what he was trying to do given his skilling restraints. @OP Knives are still worth it. I have seen plenty of Med Frames lately going to knives. If that is really all you want to do, skill into proto knives, and you will deal a lot of death. Just expect to be scanned until you can get yourself a scout suit. You can always tell a Millford Minja

The bonus was stolen from the Minmatar logistics. In exchange Minmatar logistics has it built in now,Minmatar logistics are the fastest unmodded hackers. As the logistics class should be. Was banned for fighting for logistics survival on 7/25/2014 02:11. Logistics will never be respected.
