Excellent Fix CCP to account farming.

This, the nanite injector buff, and the small HP buff for Matari makes me a very happy Tuesdays. Granted, ISK farmers can still just grind the academy for a few matches and then transfer the ISK over, but hopefully this will be enough of a deterrent to prevent that. Oh please... entire Dust 514 crew don't have enough IQ power, to do something complex & logical, they just (swing & slam like crazy that nerf\buff hammer in random directions with closed eyes) do random stuff & then for several months doing "we are looking into it"... & just watching what happen next - they call it balancing, prioritization & by design.
