Just got scrambler pistol lv5, can't use the base proto non-varient Viziam pistol...

probably a mixup between prot ScP and AScP prereqs

For me it displayed both the Viziam and Carthum Assault Scrambler Pistols requiring Proficiency 1.

car-9 needs less dispersion when a laser has more dispersion then a friggen gunpowder projectile weapon(lookin at you CR)

there is this amazing button that lets you look between the iron sights, suddenly all the dispersion is gone and every shot of every burst will get the headshot bonus
