Seriously this rifle is outclassed by almost every other rifle. Buff the damage output to make it worth engaging at 40m. Or maybe buff the range?
or maybe we have the cr and rr do -20% dmg vs shield and +20% dmg vs armor. That way we buff shields and make the Duvolle relevant. 2 birds with one stone 
& justice for all

Allotek burst wrecks face because of consecutive buffs, which is unheard of around these parts of town.

The highest tiered variant shouldn't be the only one worth using.
I don't always blap Infantry with a Forge Gun, but when I do, that ** is hilarious.

The only Proto AR thats pretty good is the CreoDron Breach AR i can actually go stomping with that thing. The Allotek Burst AR is a nice fun weapon but i can only get a few kills with it. Even with Prof 3
