More.. There's been a lot of competitive gamers leave, causing corps to fall apart and members to split. My favorite matches were in closed beta playing against the Zitros and Protoman.. Also I believe a Jessie Jayne (not sure if spelt right) but that was well over a year ago.

It would be so damn epic if everyone that played dust never left. The matches would be so much harder and so much more rewarding, not in isk or sp, just to have experienced of that game is the reward. |

It would be a case of, "who can pull off the most effective formulaic strategy first." Matches are predictable as is. In enclosed maps, the team that can get the most uplinks in high places accompanied by how many Heavies and Logis they can field to guard a point usually results in that team's win.
With enough skilled players, things will ultimately be relegated to how much WP these players can earn to effectively give them a chance to push objectives via orbitals.
The only time I witnessed a different tactic being used was during a domination game on the bridge map. The opposing team pretty much said, "fuck the objective" and ran/vehicled their way to our redline to shut us out even before we could run down the hill. They kept the pressure on us until we lost 30+ clones, and it wasn't until then that they decided it was okay to hack the objective.

Pubs wouldnt be dog **** like it is now. PC could've been somewhat interesting. And bums wouldnt have been posting stupid "I went 50 and 0 in domination" threads. |
