Make a video (in depth and clear...possibly not using the shotgun because it already has horribad hit detection) of you shooting a cal scout with most of the rifles, and also state what type of connection you have (also the service provider if necessary).

Why is it hate of the dmg doesn't register?
If were right, it's a glitch that needs to be fixed. It can't be defended since it's not intended.
If you guys are right, them there is nothing to fix. No problem.

Won't work. Anything dies if standing still (except with shotgun and rail weapons half of the time [unless it's only me])
That means both parties will have to strafe, meaning some shots will be missed and the Cal scout supporters will say "see? He got hurt, but won because he got out-strafed!"
That's my take on it, anyways. |

Not asking for a nerf, just a fix to a glitch.
It's just a way to attract the randys like you. Anyways, I have not yet seen this glitch, and as a cal scout, I die instantly to any good player.

i have no problem with hitting them tbh, i think the reason people suck at hitting scouts is because the auto aim isn't as strong as it would be on a heavy so there just firing left and right like the noobs they are

It's not just made up I can tell you that, I put scouts no problem. But when it comes to CalScouts it's almost always a problem.
I use the SG/AR/HMG mainly and those should have any problem ripping through a CalScout.

That could be the case if it were just happening with light weapons and sidearms but when you open fire on them with the HMG and all you get is shield flare, no hit markers and no drop in HP, then it's something not working the way it's supposed to; cause your bound to get quite a few hits with the HMG even with your eyes closed.
Personally I think it's close to the same issue we had with scouts before, moving too fast in a broken game. Though I'm not sure why it's more frequent in Cal scouts. I'm not suggesting reducing their speed again because speed is the scouts thing. I think if CCP gave us a 1.9 that was all about optimization & fixing bugs this issue would be gone; well if they don't screw it up but I think our messiah could pull it off.

Personally i think its funny these days. I use the burst hmg a lot now and have prof 5 and often use a complex damage mod.
medium frame suits drop in no time flat sometimes without even getting hit by a full burst of rounds.
Heavies take 2 maybe 3 bursts and they are flattened.
scouts are annoying buggers to kill. Even at close range where they take up most of the reticle i cant seem to land a shot.

Hasn't anybody tested this with FF on FW? Surely, the problem would manifest itself with friendlies the same as with enemy players.
Brick tanking a scout suit since April 2013!

It's not necessarily the scouts' fault. However, it does provide an advantage, which cannot be fixed.
