I need to know if I can borrow one of your super glitch suits because mine seems to be broken. I can't strafe like you or walk through bullets like you even though we have the same suit, maybe your internet is better than mine?
Im not sure how I can have a tougher suit than yours or a better gun, yet I watch you Neo yourself through my bull3tsp, please shard your matrix code breaking techniques?

Nope, one was standings still last night with his head poking above a railing.
He was shooting at me with a rail and I was using a GLU, I hit him with 3 shots in the head and he did not take a single damage.
Saw the shield flare and everything, I had to run into the compound he was hiding in to finish him off.

If you've found hit detection to be especially wonky in the last few days, remember that there has been a whole bunch of DDoS attacks going on towards multiple games, eve/dust included.

I was actually quite surprised when I found out that I could actually hit a CalScout with a bolt pistol and that it was actually effective.
Why use one scout suit and be good at one thing when you can be a #Omniscout.

Put half a RR clip into a gal assault earlier, didn't even dent the shields. Stuff like that happens every now and then vs. every suit. Combine that with (1) a lot more of your shots miss versus scouts due to the small hitbox, (2) high strafe speed of scouts and (3) the 'hit' animation being much more obvious on shields than armour, and you have your explanation for the 'I shot cal scout but no damage registered' QQ. |

Funny that doesn't seem to happen to me. And yes I always target the cal scout even though they aren't a big threat anymore. Now it's the Amarr scouts I kill first.

This is an old argument and it has been disproved many times.
The real issue is ****** hit detection which affects all suits. I have overloaded a ScR into the back of scouts, mediums and heavies heads before and they took ZERO damage.
Gun control is not about guns...it's about control.
The only way to ensure freedom is by having the means to defend it.

Nothing. Because its because of lags and bad hit detection.
It affects every frame.

shocking, I know, but CalScout is actually fine. We've had Ratatti confirm on both those things (hit detection and damage resistance) and nothing was wrong.

a cal scout player with decent internet can be hit. a cal scout with crappy internet(many of the top players) cannot be hit because where you see them is not where the server sees them. its stupid but those of us with good internet have been punished for a long time now. CCP spent too much time on their now vandalized monument, and not any on prospective players
