That should be your Corp's Pub Channel. Keep it simple. Something your people can identify with. As dumb as the Caldari players seem to be, you may even want to go 'Caldari Factional Warfare' since apparently your only hope is quantity over quality. I don't always blap Infantry with a Forge Gun, but when I do, that ** is hilarious.

No strict rules. If someone has a problem with someone else, you should just mute and block them. The name of the channel will be "For The Motherland" unless anyone has any better suggestions. :) It's not about how much sheild and armor you stack to win. It's how you use the suit to win.

I thought Kirjuun disbanded. And I prefer Quality over quantity. I have redlined Gallente in FW with 3 proto players and one was running the newbiest proto fit possible. Then we wonder why cal FW never wins. You don't need particularly good players to win, all you need is organized players. It is not an elitist chat and was formed by a tight group of players. Obviously we aren't gonna let random blueberries in when we don't know how good they are. They could just be AFKers or awoxers. Better safe than sorry and whenever our platoon is up at around 19:00 GMT we always win our matches so I guess when we aren't on the caldari gets stomped.
