I've now made 3 posts against the SCR and considering I used to abuse FOTM and read the forums regularly yet rarely post... Surely CCp you must see the SCR is not only Op but it's broken Look over your code you lazy cunts... I am LHughes. Did you like your handjob?

I can outstrafe MOST heavies using a dual tanked suit and an ACR, most of the time within their own optimals. Proto is an exception, but trying to kill a sentinel with 900 armor and a scrambler doesn't work. 3 damage mods on an armor prof weapon will melt heavies. B. The RoF is set as high as it is in order to make firing the weapon as smooth as possible. I will assume that you know how the CR works, so I don't need to explain to you that a limited RoF makes it so that you have to time your trigger presses rather than just being able to fire the weapon as fast as possible. Trying to fire a CR as fast as possible reslts in a clunky feel to the weapon...the exact same thing will happen to the SCR if you reduce the RoF drastically. Just because the AVERAGE RoF cannot be reached by humans, doesn't mean that two shots side by side do not have a small enough of a delay to reach above 500 RPM for that part of a second. 7162 wp with a Repair Tool! There are few combat rifles and somewhat rare assault rifles, shotguns, and snipers. True rarities are mass drivers, lasers, scrambler rifles, and plasma cannons. The other funny thing is that the magsec had nearly the same dps (difference of one bullet) of assault rifles (before they increased the AR RoF), yet they're a rare sight to see. i find them perfectly usable and balanced, and no one complains about them... Idd also like to point out that amongst the assault suits and suits in general, the Amarr assault suit has been "The" worst suit since it was conceived, it had 6 whole slots to muck around with, it could do a bit of everything and nothing really well at all, and you were constrained to strictly use Amarrian laser weapons to make use of the suit bonus. During all that time many of us "Day 1" adopters of this suit has had to content against brick tanked logassaults, it didnt matter if it was armor or shield or dual tanked Callogi, the gallente logi with repper dude behind it or other more specialized suits. But now that it is finally a true armor tanked suit that it should have been from day 1, the Caldari Shield scrubs start to whine. Its almost comical Winner of the EU Squad Cup "Go Go Power Rangers!" Next, the SCR has a charge up function that, when used properly, makes the gun effective at killing someone before overheating (in an Amarr Ass). If an Amarr Ass. were to spam SCR shots at you, without charging, then they would overhead and you would be able to scamper off. High alpha damage means a short window to kill someone in, because the damage over time isn't comparable other auto light weapons (due largely, because of the overheat mechanism). It's not an easy rifle to get kills with, unless time is spent adapting to the weapon. In short, you are dumb, how dare they kill me, nerf everyone, CCP SUX.
