I would still be better than the pre-Charlie HMG since the delay was decreased...right?

What I suggested would keep it the same roughly but will make the clowns feel less like they got biach slapped by an 'op' weapon.
The heat reduction would mean that you can achieve roughly the same damage and they get to be a clown for 1 second longer.

Its not a weapon i had to specifically skill into to use so i dont care much what happens to it. If its nerfed into the ground it was a fun run for me and i will just go back to using the other hmg's. |

I got a better idea.
turn burst into normal HMG
Make hmg build ton of heat as soon as button's pressed but heat goes away immediately.
Force HMG heavies to tap the fire button in a beat of their favorite song to control heat buildup
Now we have burst beats HMG

Your idea might work in some way though
Minmatar suits as a car chassis, Gallente suits for the plates, Caldari suits for shield, and Amarr suits for the seats.
