I go in there with a full sqaud of decent (but random) players and always lose.
I lost 10 times in a row, and this last time we had 4 objectives the entire match yet we still lost because blue dots kept running into the one objective they had to die by the enemy's 10+ proto AMARR sentinels with MINMATAR HMGs.
These blue dots are so ********. I saw 3 of them on my team get 20+ deaths each. I even told my squad specifically to just sit in the redline because we only had 20 clones and still half shields on the MCC and we were going to win.
What do they do? Keep spawning in to die again. They had less than 1 tick of MCC left and right when I thought we would win we got cloned. Then another match we were ahead by a full half bar of MCC armor for the enemy to 5-cap us and turn it around at the last second.
And on top of this, no one in the caldari FW channel ever wants to squad up, nor is there ever any EVE pilots to help either.
I have never been so frustrated with this game in my life. Blue dots are NEVER this bad in pubs, random squads are never this bad in pubs...heck even Minmatar FW at least wins randomly every other time.
But Caldari? I have never wanted to throw my controller at the screen so badly in my entire gaming history.

Never had this issue in caldari. Always good fights. Amarr is always a stomp, no one good fights for min anymore. It's all about those proto links though.

I remember when that Min/ Amarr Conflict was so bitter you would get flame wars on the forums.
I remember when FW was really about loyalty and not framing pointless bullshit items.
I remember when I told Cyrius Li Moody and the NAO to HTFU and join and alliance if they wanted reliable OB......and they joined WINMATAR.
I remember when Carbon 7, STB, Restless Spirits, NAO, and Prima Gallicus knew who PIE Inc was.
I remember when those conflicts saw hours of close fighting, many GGs exchanging.
I also remember when a 6 man team of PIE Inc managed to make a Q-Sync of Restless Spirits leave the match, when I made 3 falchion kills in a soma and dropped OB's at the same time.
More importantly I remember when people cared about FW.

I was running with a 5 man squad today, and we won 4 cal fw matches in a row. I do know that the Caldari side is notorious for having some of the dumbest blueberries in existence.
I ran a Gal briefing character for like 2 days in an attempt to assist the Caldari and failed miserably. The blueberries on the Caldari side were too dumb.

If you get a decent squad (preferably of six) you can wreck on the Cal Side. It's not that the Gal side is strong but the blueberries on the Cal Side are stupid. Heck, I was in a 4 man team with Krazy Eye Killa and we stomped the living crap out of the Gal.

On a related note, we ran into ContraBanJoe and the BabyShakers in one round and he lost like 26 Gastuns. To add insult to injury, Pizzle meleed him. |

I actually played for the Caldari FW today. We had a full 12 man corporation q-synced on our side vs complete randoms and although we held a majority of the letters, Caldari still lost the game to clones with 1/3 armor left.
Course, that mighta' been due to me and a friend suiciding 80 times, but I'm gonna go ahead and just tally that up to bad luck on their part.
Boy oh boy did I get some juicy tears though. Also apparently I'm going to get PSN banned for this. :)

If CCP got rid of the ability to earn SP and put ISK in its place i bet that would give people more incentive to play. No point in losing suits you cant pay for specially since everything in the loyalty store cost both isk and LP. Honestly i just camp in a tank when i play FW better than running out there and losing all those suits and still end up losing the match. And you still earn points even if your team loses. Right now AFKing in FW is better than playing FW. Next time i suggest doing what i do and just camp in a tank. |

I DID IT!
After 15 losses in a row I FINALLY won a Caldari FW. The Gallente had a whole bunch of no-names and we have Nyain San on our side.
Not to mention the fact that I ran my proto Caldari Assault/ARR and topped the board with a score of 12/0 and 1445 wp, doing better than all of the nyains running their ADS' and Caldari Scouts.
Feels good bro.
I don't care if our side redlined them with no chance of winning...if that **** is the only way to win then so be it.

Don't really have much trouble on cal fw, q sync can help, but slows things down a bit.
The latest channel is "State Peacekeepers", if u see me there I can forward OB requests or anti OB requests to pilots if they are online

If you win a FW you get almost enough LP to fit 3 fully decked out proto suits for less than the cost of a basic. I also get enough now (standing 7) in Min FW to refit a proto suit even if we loose. Your argument of cost is invalid.
