*With the renewed interest and increased LP payouts in Factional Warfare, it is time to resurrect this event...in order to kill it again. 
Hello mercs, Xer Cloud Consortium is working to enrich the sandbox of dust by promoting the use of Suicide and Sabotage squads in Faction Warfare. This initiative consists of taking a full team of mercs purposefully kills themselves continuously via the Neocom tab or other inventive means. The actions of this group means there is a useless squad of mercs driving down the overall clone counter.
Xer Cloud does not hold loyalty to any one faction; however our personal efforts do favor AWOXing factions to which a bulk of the community are bandwaggoning behind.
To assist the process of organizing suicide squads we have organized a compendium of open chat channels.

You may also be payed for you griefing talents by contacting parties interested in hiring the use of saboteurs. Caldari benefactors are currently absent from list, but may still be found in game through word of mouth
Gallente:
-Sgt Kirk seeks to hinder Caldari forces in faction warfare battles. Sgt Kirk has devised a rough payment model for subversive actions against the Caldari in matches against the Gallente Federation (see quoted text below). Xer Cloud Consortium is assisting this endeavor by organizing a suicide squad initiative, wherein, further assisting the Gallente in securing a faction warfare win.

Observable Minor Hindrance -50,000 ISK, 25,000 ISK after each noticeable event.
Major Impactful Observed Hindrance- 100,000 ISK per event.
Purposeful death by friendly fire- is considered a Minor Hindrance
Getting teamate kicked from match- 200,000 - 2,000,000 ISK depending on the HVT (High Value Target) status of the individual, the better the player, the better the reward.
