Here is some quick test footage to demonstrate the power the MLR-A Burst packs. This is on a 'neo' Caldari Sentinel with 2x Complex Damage Mods and 1x Basic Damage Mod.
*Please note I am a total noob with the heavy machine gun. I've cut together clips here for research purposes...and to make myself look like much more of a badass than I am. Music credit to Chaotic Shock - Night Rider Remix

The only things i saw die in your rather short video were MLT and STD suits. Don't get me wrong, I haven't used the BHMG enough myself to get a clear opinion. I'm merely saying the sample size is too small to draw a proper conclusion.

Reminds me of how powerful shotguns are as long as you are a cloaked scout I don't see anything wrong here. Now give medium suits an over powered 1-2 shot weapon and everything will be balanced. |

I'll add my testing, but no video, sorry:
2 bursts for a armor tanked Amarr Assault Pro at 25 mts
2 bursts for a shield tanked Caldari Assault Pro at 25 mts (first burst will almost destroy the dropsuit)
1 burst for any scout
