That's pretty OP. The only thing that could balance it out would be to give it the rotation speed of a Rail Soma with no invested vehicle skills. |

Believe it or not back in early uprising I knew a player who ran a 170hp suit with PLC, that they could get a 0.8-1.1 KDR most matches was kinda disturbing.
