You...actually made the STD viable...for the first time in YEARS...without making it OP.
You bumped the ADV swarm launcher actually worth using again, yes the Proto got a small nerf. But it was the only swarm launcher worth using BEFORE the dmg mod nerf. Now with the buff, it is still pretty(albeit, lackluster for the isk and fitting cost) and though they were useless vs orginal 1.7 tanks, but with all the tweeks and balancing two guys can actually handle a tank with Swarms and packed AV.
Good job CCP, you could have buffed the Proto and well all full scale in one direction while nerfing the other, instead you hit this nail on the head.
Though, if I did have any issue, it's that the SL(especially Proto) are all too reliant on DMG mods. But that's a gripe for a different day.

If only i could level up my vehicle so i could use a adv/proto hull because the basic is like a coffin on treads |
