If the shield regen is at least 30 then I'd run Max shields with 3 complex shield regs and a complex reactive plate.
If its below 30 then I'd put an energizer on there.
OR
Max shields, Max plates, meh. < I'd never run that though, have some dignity mate lol.

The base shield regen is, in fact, 30. However, you cannot fit 3 regulators and a reactive plate as the suit, at proto, only has 3 low slots.
That being said, my current fit has a proto rr, advanced smg, advanced locus nade, 4 complex extenders, an enhanced energizer, a proto regulator, a complex reactive plate, and a proto dampener.

It gets me past the passive scans of scouts, basic and advance scanners, and vehicle scanners, so it has its uses. Also, I dont have any more pg to spare right now. I might switch it out, though.

ive got some pretty good fits right now, hit me up. and if you do the math, it doesnt get you past the passive scans of the amarr scout and pre-nerf cal scouts.

My mistake, I meant to say SOME scouts, meaning caldari and minmatar with no precision enhancers. And, yeah, let me in on some of those fits, id appreciate it. Message me ingame, perhaps.

why a ferroscale plate? i mostly understand the rest, though 4 extenders is a little too much EHP for me. im just saying i like your lows but i'd replace the ferroscale for a complex reactive. your welcome.
