It is has been hard to run shields forever. unlike armor where you have one skill to go into that gives you all your plating and then another that gives you rep. Shield has 3 you have to max. AND YOU HAVE TO MAX ALL THREE TO STAND A CHANCE AGAINST ARMOR STACKERS. Then even when you do manage to do that. You still have to play evasively (which you cant always do). Unlike armor where you can get some dude to put a milita rep tool on you and all of a sudden you rep faster then my shield regen mods. (counting my shield delay) Im not even going to talk about higher tier reps tools omg. HEADSHOT! HEADSHOT!! HEADSHOT!!! Sounds like you're running lolfits, then QQing when you get rolled.

Stop stacking damn shields like armor users do, most weapons are weak versus you, the only weapon you need to really watch for is the ScR. Now go stack Shield Regulators, it's all you need. Armor users are slow, your fast. They need to waste slots to regen - you do it naturally and quickly. The only suit who should be crying is the Caldari Sent, since it doesn't have the speed to put the shields attributes to use.

As somebody else said 8/10, that sounds about right. Or did you spec Cal scout thinking there's no way having both range and precision is op and would get nerfed? Or did you spec Sentinel thinking that absurd PG/CPU was totally normal? Congrats, you're a FotM chaser and can shelve your crap next to the Flaylocks and Cal-Logis of yore. As both a Sentinel and Scout (and have been sing looooong before 1.8) I was one of the few actively encouraging Rattati to change us, I'm pretty darn happy with these changes, I like to see more mediums on the field. Variety is the spice of life and all that. We'll bang, OK?
