He is absolutely correct that the CPM is bound to the NDA and to ask them for any information now that has yet to be approved for disclosure is like asking them to read out last week's newspaper. It means you won't get anything new and it's all boring.

He is a bit loud on coms though, he plays crazy aggressive in his now-gimped Cal Sentinel (which is, I suspect, the source of his rage here), and he forgets to mute coms when he gets a phone call from one of his dozen or so lady friends. We all have our shortcomings.
