So today I was playing factional for the Amarr, and I was close to leveling up to level 5 standing, 112 points away to be precise.
But an issue came up that halted me from leveling up. I played three consecutive matches, each of them victories, which should have put me in level 5 with +225 standing in the faction, yet all it did was give me LP and no additional standing.
Is anyone else having this issue? Sum1ne Else from my corp also had this issue, so I'm wondering if it's just for Amarr or are the other factions involved.

I have noticed this as well. It seems to be a bug on the end of match screen. When I go to my Character Sheet however, the correct standings are listed.
Are you still getting the same payouts as level 4, or has it gone up?
