I love my new assault, but I feel bad for my sentinel bros.
Shouldn't they have gotten a sidearm and grenade reduction as well?

I don't think so, I can still fit a proto HMG on my standard sentinel without pain (and I'm level 1, so I don't even have a great cost reduction), it's just tat I can't have half of my stuff proto anymore, and it's better like that. Giving sentinels that extra cost reduction would again allow them to fit too much |

It's less about the STD guys equipping Proto weapons, it's more about the Proto guys having a hard time fitting decent weapons and tank.

I am not having a hard time fitting decent weapons and a tank
I've had to change things up a bit, but only THREE out of about forty Sentinel and LOLMando fits went red on me.
I also don't make a habit of running maxed out proto EVERYTHING! |

Don't worry they can still run nearly full proto. With dropsuit electronics 3, dropsuit engineering 4, no optimization skill, a Minmatar sentinel can run full proto except one advanced energizer and a basic sidearm, so it's still more proto stuff than the other suits in the game. And here I used costly modules, I can run full proto by using armor plates instead of shield regulators for example |

when charlie went live only ONE of my fits became invalid, and none of them were my adv/std full proto sentinel fits
the one to become invalid was my 'Covenent' C-1 frame, that was built for ***** and giggles
I used a minigun when it behaved like laz0rs now i see fake fatties makes and it me so very sad
cant even 1v1 my adv fit
