I relized why they lowered the proto damage on these. Because you can now put 17% tripple damage mods on these. XD They needed a slight nerf or they would pretty much obliterate any thing they were fired at. |

17% triple damage mods as opposed to, say, 13% ones? You're getting about a 4% damage increase from the damage mod buff if you triple stack complexes. I don't really think that's enough to start obliterating things.
You have long since made your choice. What you make now is a mistake.

Though with the 17% plus the new higher damage per shot setup actually makes them pretty strong. though I get the feeling they would have been stronger if left alone. But whateves at least they can be effective if used with the mods. |

Quick question, are damage mods add actve or multiplicative?
Like (ignoring stacking penalties), will 3 5% damage mods be a 15% bonus (5+5+5) or 15.76% (1.05*1.05*1.05)? |

It's about 87% and 56% for the second and third respectively. I specifically said I'm ignoring those because it's unnecessarily complicated for what I was asking.
Nvm, I answered it myself. It is multiplicative. |

This is gonna suck :( less swarms means less swarms lost to collisions obstacles and higher alpha per second due to less swarms meaning less flight time for full load contact meaning ads boom meaning tank boom meaning lav flying off at the nearest moon

The pilots will have a nice time trying to figure out if some 1 is using proto swarms or standard. Cause all swarms fire 4 missiles. And to make it even worse STD+ADV are receiving a buff in terms of damage. A nice side effect of the reduced missiles is that the firing animation is quicker aswell so you can get your 2nd shot off sooner. Fun times are about to come.
