Most of the time I'm in game ADS pilots fly around shooting at infantry , I get in my ADS and go to confront them and they want me to chase them or they constantly fly to the top of the flight ceiling over and over again in an effort to loose me or make me give up pursuing them I guess . Cowards when confronted by another ADS but can kill infantry like they complained about blaster tanks doing so back in 1.8 . Cowards . Now , this is not all of them but the majority that I have seen throughout my experience just flat out are cowards when confronted by someone that can combat them . I know some that would fight and I appreciate that but what the hell are you in a ADS for ..??.. killing infantry ???? Most of them are worst than blaster tanks were during 1.8 . I remember how the infantry was complaining about them but they say nothing about ADS pilots at all and I find that odd or just a case of anti-HAV hatred . I'm not chasing you around the map and I'm not flying to the top of the flight ceiling over and over either , I mean your in a ADS which should mean something but to most it doesn't ... and the community had the nerve to call tankers cowards during 1.8 . At least on the ground , one had more of a chance to combat that effort . I just don't see too many getting a crew together in a DS or getting in their own ADS and going after these cowards . I do and they just run away like the cowards they are . I acknowledge those who truly fly ADS's for the fact that they are " Assault Drop Ships " and not a means to farm infantry . To infantry I would like to say , man up and kick these cowards @sses and stop just letting them push you around . I see a double standard here and I tired of not saying anything about it . It was going on during 1.8 while the community was trying to call out tankers for cowards and it still runs rampant but I don't see anyone in the community saying anything about it . I'm not chasing you cowards but I love it when you try to fight or ram me and I see you go down in flames because for the most part , most of you cowards have NO SKILLS and you hop in a ADS to farm infantry like the true scrubs you are . You would think that CCP would have given the infantry refund that should have been in 1.8.

I do see this often tho, often when I encounter another python they just go to flight ceiling, I choose to stay low and pretty much ignore them unless they come after me. I can fly and follow a person better that way , they move and I move with them . You would think that CCP would have given the infantry refund that should have been in 1.8.

It's not that at all , all I said is when confronted they fly to the top of the flight ceiling or run away and that's it and it's true from my experience but if you want to look at it that way ( the way you choose ) I can't and won't knock it but that makes me think that your one of the people that I'm talking about . Just fight when your in an ADS and stop farming infantry . It's an attack drop ship for a reason and that's to fight and not farm those weaker than you and run when confronted by someone on your level . Tankers were given a hard time for doing the same so why should it be any different ? Unless your bias . You would think that CCP would have given the infantry refund that should have been in 1.8.**

If they see or can have favor in something they run with it no matter who or what type of outcome it has on others besides themselves but when it effects then than all of a sudden the grow a conscious and become all sensitive to the feelings of those who are like minded . That's well understood but most of the time I come in and fire to suppress their efforts and they go running away . On chase mode but they were like Samson a second ago against ground forces . I'm not asking anyone to trash themselves but to be in an ADS and farm infantry , then another ADS comes along to combat them and they just head for the hills ... that's what I have a problem with . Clearly these type of pilots just fly to farm . You would think that CCP would have given the infantry refund that should have been in 1.8.

Therefore, I usually find myself going on solo missions to take out these dropships because everyone else is usually too chicken sht or can't be bothered to AV. I'm not like most and ask for nerfs when something irritates me , that's just counter productive and it's not for me to dictate the tempo and play of this game , all I'm saying is ... tankers were accused of the same thing by many in the community but in this case many are silent and I just don't understand why . It's basically the same thing but dropships have more room to escape because most anti-vehicle effects ground forces more than air . I am infantry wit, as well as having access to every other role in this game. When an ADS comes out and it's bothering me, I pull out av, whether it be proto forges, swarms on a commando or calling out an incubus to fight them in the sky (and dropship vs dropship fights are completely ing *****). I have never 'farmed' infantry that didn't refuse* to deal with me nor has a dropship ever 'farmed' me when I didn't refuse to deal with him. Ask any dropship pilot and they will tell you that if av comes out they have to break off from an engagement because they usually cannot take more than two (or three) shots without risking death if they aren't already disengaging.

Returning to your redline every time a MLT swarm hits you isn't very productive. I typically attempt to fight the AV for as long as my modules sustain me, and then get out of there if I can't kill them. If another ADS confronts me, I say "bring it on" and we both go to the flight ceiling to brawl. ADS fights are super fun, not sure why people would run from them. In PC when i flew python for AE and FA my job was to clear uplinks and place uplinkes, along with a few super secret tactics that you wont know unless you know my competitive builds. if a counter pilot flew on the other team there was only 3 valid tactics, ram them out of the way (only way to prevent them from acomplishing a certain high level tactic) ignore them and work to undo their setup strats while they work to undo yours and just hope your tank support is better then their tank support. OR be dust fiend and whip out the super juice and hard counter you with the incubus (lukily i diddnt have face him) and dont you dare complain about pilot stacking as if does NOT WORK in any friendly fire environment as the gunner just kills themself or their host ship and the pilot doesnt benifit. you know nothing john snow Minmatar is Winmatar

You turn up in an incubus hopefully fitted with a rail and not missile so that means you get access to the bonus I know that with the bonus you can shread my shields in an instant with several quickly placed shots, for me to do they same you have to be still or slowly moving because chasing a fast moving target is alot harder to aim for espc when added in with missiles travel time and the fact that i have to lead my shots. My skill with ROF doesnt matter because it just means i can miss more shots quicker and run out of ammo quicker so i would have to retreat, my only option at best is to ambush you where you are still or slower and i can come up and hit you with 75% + of my shots thus causing a far amount of damage/destroying/or making you retreat but if you are out to kill me and only kill me then to ambush you is going to be non existant since you are waiting just for me so its a waiting game to see who recalls 1st, either way nothing happens My only option if you ambush me or even if i see you coming is to maybe find out what you are running, if its rail bug out and go the back, if its missile i assume you are a dumbass and maybe try fighting but another weakness is that the incubus is far stronger, you can tap me and i can explode where as you will be fine, you can ram me and i explode and again you can be fine or die In any case the python is the weaker of the 2 in air to air combat and its best stratagy is generally to run
