They definitely don't have to be....but with the mixed up slot lay outs for Damage Modules and Biotics (aka prop mods) it works better for them. Minmatar can armour tank very well though. GOTTA GO FAST soo thats basically 0.31 m/s behind fastest scout and faster by 0.8 m/s than caldari one and above 1 m/s than amarr seems odd... im talking about speed tanked ones
