The DTAC with 3 complex damage mods has a DPS of 823.55, and the DAR with a DPS of 615. That difference is huge. The there's the pesky Combat Rifle with a DPS of 806.35 and the Scrambler Rifle with a whopping DPS total of 1141.89 (the only drawback being the lack of damage-over-time).

It's insanely easy for the TAR firstly, and for the scrambler rifle I admit I can only reach the max DPS for a split second, but meh.

You have to be in CQC (shotgun range to a little but further) for all of them to hit. At combat rifle hipfire range don't even bother...I just switch to my ASMG.
