CCP seems hell bent on killing this game off so they just do minor little hotfixes that dont fix anything and watch people rage until they quit. Honestly if CCP was smart (and im not saying they are) they would take the time and develop the game giving the players what they wanted and what was promised to them and milk this game for all its worth. But that wont ever happen because we all know the people that run Dust 514 are brainless mindless puppets who prefer to ** off their player base and watch their creation go down the toilet. I snipe in the redline because i know it pisses you off**

Im willing to bet if every player in this game stopped buying aurum items and stopped playing the game their precious legion project would flop instantly because it wouldnt have the funds to get it going. Besides with the massive decline in players recently and later to come (with all the new games soon to release) its almost a sure thing that legion will not be anything more than a side project for CCP. Relying on an idea is nothing short of stupid for CCP. As for Dust, the development had gone in a direction that was far from salvageable. The core gameplay was nothing more than your average shooter, and while fun, was incapable of delivering the experienced we initially wanted when the project was announced. So much overhaul of the system would have been necessary to get it going in the right direction again, that they would basically be starting over. And that's exactly what they did. You may be right, and Legion may never come to PS4. Or you could be wrong, and it will to come to PS4 when development reaches a stage where its possible to port to PS4. I sincerely hope you're wrong.

Also, I seriously doubt there would be a case for suing, as there are no damages. I'm not exactly sure what PR problem they would have anyways? They are under no legal obligation to support Dust for any given period of time.

Hmm not sure about that, but I could be wrong. I am fairly sure Valkyrie is running off of Unreal however. My point being that as players, we know very little about the technicalities of what's going on. It's a fools errand to get upset about something that is so uncertain, so until I have concrete proof otherwise, I will remain optimistic.

You know they said that dust and legion will get client updates side by side right. We are still guinea pigs that will get updates most likely before they put them into leigon we will control their nerf/buffs still. Why?

There is no way on this planet SOE would let another crap game by CCP run alongside their product, PS2, which is a really good game leaps and bounds ahead of this one on the PS4... Does LoL Legion even have a greenlight yet? I am Dust Free, found fun in gaming again, Destiny, hell yes, Planetside2? Makes dust look like what it is, crap.
