This is not a true, "Bring Back full Passive iso" thread. However, I am proposing a PC revamp. The reason being is that: Small corps in PFC, while protected by OH, still have to grind iso to attack. Yes, it feels great holding a district, but without a means to sell salvage, PC is extremely hard on people, especially vehicles. Losing is crippling, but that's why you should shoot for winning.
I don't remember the money that use to be made off districts, but is it possible: A district that is successfully defended allows for isk generation for a certain amount of time? I don't have a solution for preventing farming, but anything is better than nothing. Grinding isk in bush, and setting taxes hurts, and I refuse to do that. Gods is getting richer, but it would truly aid us, the community if you CCP would districts profitable, because they truly are for bragging rights at the moment.

PC should be given the boot so CCP can put more.thought into it's implementation rather than a more expensive skirmish.
If Preparation is half of the battle and knowing is the other half, Then there is no need to fight.

put PC on a three day timer. Once the timer is up, You can queue to attack. No one-hour window. 12 hour window for one attacker.
If you win, you get the goods. If you lose, the district flips immediately. If there is no fight? the attack timer continues ticking, resetting to a full 12 hours. Corps may queue to attack during those 12 hours. So if corp 1 attacker is a no-show, corp 2 gets to go, etc.
So no locking districts like a buncha punks |
