Should I spend my sp on engineering lvl5 or wait in till Charlie for the pg buff so I can stack triple dmg mods?

go to protofits and check it out they are already running on hotfix charlie...also depends on if you want 1600 EHP or not.

Also I play a lot of FW so I'm usually using the Imperial Ak.0 so would that make any difference?

No, all LP items are equivalent to the ISK variants (barring Commando ak.0).

i just knocked one up on protofits that has 1370 ehp and proto scrambler, it only has 6 reps per second and is a bit on the slow side but **** me cant wait to try this abomination out

You're honestly better off using shield extenders over damage mods. First damage mod is fine at 5%, second is 4.3% which isn't bad, the third however is only 2.8 and probably not worth using. You'll get more benefit from 1 Dmg Mod and 2 Extenders or 2 Dmg Mods and 1 Extender. |

Well, technically speaking, it can get very very close (1535 HP) if you fit it stupidly. 
You have long since made your choice. What you make now is a mistake.

If you run to complex 1 enhanced then you get 13.3 ..Personally i run 1 complex light 1 complex sidearm 1 enhanced light. So 9% on my light 5% on my sidearm
