It's a difficult choice to choose. I have proficiency 3 on the CR, but I love using the scrambler rifle than the CR which has no proficiency. I skilled into amarr assault before 1.8, but i skilled into minmatar after and it's really good. What to do?

Depends, from what I have seen in your playstyle the min will suit you..up close n personal. They are fast compared to Amarr stacking armour and also the aCR will have something like 85 rounds n smg 100

I think the Minmatar assault is going to see a large comeback thanks to the new layout.
4 highs and 4 lows is on a make the Minmatar suit crazy good.

Thanks for the advice. Yup the minmatar bonus is appealing and the speed is awesome.

Minmatar. After hotfix charlie you will get 4/4 slots.
You can get on it nice speed, almost like scouts. Good hp/regenertaion.
Amars are just guys with skirts. And they drop gold coins :).

Amarr Assualt. With hotfix charlie coming up you can use it as a discount heavy with the scrambler

I'm glad that the Assault is making a comeback in general. Wanted to use my Ck.0 alot more but be honest. You needed a scout to survive when 1.8 dropped.
on topic: the Minmatar is beast with the new layout. IMHO it's going to be the best assault with that layout. On the other hand the Amarr bonus is sweet with the Scr. Here's my 2 ISK. Pick a suit that benefits your playstyle and not your weapon choice. You like speed and regen get the Min. Like tank and brawl get the Amarr |

I'm going Amarr because of the fun factor.
The Minmatar... well, I have my scout for that, which has a bonus to Knives rather than CR, but CR doesn't really need the extra ammo unless you're a no-gungame ACR scrub (Oh dear, first time I've used this word). |

I'm more speed since I love using my scouts. Minmatar is the way to go then. Thanks.
