Your doing well then all of a sudden you notice your bullets stop emptying, everyone's walking on air and you know...your gonna get dc'd and get **** all reward for that game :\
If Preparation is half of the battle and knowing is the other half, Then there is no need to fight.

I haven't had that happen before myself, although I used to get that internal error crap at the end of a match when the MCC would explode. I have had that lag thing happen and then seen other people leave the game, so I'm not sure how that works. It seems like it's a finding a new host issues but these matches I would think would be server side. I guess I just have gotten lucky in that the server hasn't chosen me to drop. |

Had a really bad one a few weeks ago. Worst match I've ever had in an entire year of playing this game.
People were floating in the air.

THIS.HAPPENED.TO.ME.TWO.WEEKS.AGO.
I did a 10mill ISK bet i could have a 10 killstreak with knives on my Gk.0 with a Heavy friend of mine.
while i was by the 7th NK kill the Game froze.
People walking towards walls, infinite ammo that doesnt hit s***....
man, at least the vet was voided....
The best Damage mod is a HEADSHOT....

Yup, I concur... I hate this very much!
It is however quite comforting to know it's p*ssing other players off as much as me. Happening a fair amount recently along with interminable lag. Really annoying.
Glancing at my stats after this happens - i think the game still gives you the kills and such, maybe even the isk reward? unsure...

It seems to reward you but not give the bonus for finishing the match.

I hate when I'm firing the 80GJ Railgun in a tank, then it decides, hey...I'm not gonna explode, but I'll still let you fire...then it seems to decide at random where and how many shots my railgun has fired. I've had situations where (from my perspective) I've unloaded all 7 rounds into a single hostile HAV at once, destroying it instantly, and others where it decides that I didn't fire any rounds, but I should still overheat.
Khanid Logi and Tanker, sometimes AV Heavy or Sniper.
I believe all these roles are support for front line soldiers.
