Each weapon has its on niche that it excels at. But what is the most effective overall rifle in ur opinion?
Personally I have run combat rifle since 1.7 but have recently been really liking the Scrambler rifle.

I will interrupt the conversation you gentlemen were having to say what most people DONT realize yet its true.
The best OVERALL Rifle, is the Assault Rifle.
The ASsault rifle has good range, does GOOD damage with good rate of fire.
The reason is not being widely used is because:
GÖª The Combat Rifle has More Rate Of Fire
GÖª The Rail Rifle Has More Range ( and damage)
GÖª The Scrambler rifle Has more Damage
So against EVERY OTHER rifle you will have to use wits to win. Because they all do something better than you....
But OVERALL, the AR still stands IMO a the #1 Do it all rifle, with great hipfire, CQ/MED range efficiency, good clip size and good damage.
The best Damage mod is a HEADSHOT....

There is no true king of all guns. Its all a matter of perspective and usage like for example that the RR is the very good at range but sucks up close. But the jack off all trades would go for the AR. Simply cause the variants it has mimic the other rifles.
AR:
-normal spray and pray gun
Breach ar:
-high damage but slow rate of fire (mimics the RR in that case)
Burst AR:
-improved damage, very accurate, high rate of fire and comes with a scope (mimics combat rifle)
Tactical AR:
-high damage, better range but smaller clip (mimics the SCR in terms of range and damage)
They say when you die you see a white light which then forms the line of:
"GAME OVER! PLEASE INSERT COIN"

I hate to say this. I really do. I wish to say its Caldari tech that does the damage. But unless I'm missing something here, the SCR is pure beast mode.

Although I don't use it often, I find the Assault Rail Rifle to be fairly decent. |

SCR is beast mode 1 vs 1. true.
but
Multiple enemies > SCR
And dont say its the same with every other rifle because the RR drops 4+ enemies at the correct range with a single clip, the AR and CR/aCR can deal with multiple enemies in a row too, unless its a heavy at CQ.
The best Damage mod is a HEADSHOT....

I'm still a big fan of the plasma rifle. I just got so sick of using it when it was the only damn rifle. Since the ttk changes and the updates to rifle gal and I have lots of fun with all the variants. I like all the rifles tbh but the plasma or combat both suit my hectic play style. I would say either one of these could be the most versatile/effective.
A display of sucking that rivals the highest amount of sucking that a player has displayed in the history of sucking.-JR

Scrambler for slaying? The only capable scrambler ive seen is the assault.

Well after wasting my boss' money while checking stats, ranges , some video feedback...
seems like the Plasma Rifle AKA: Gal Assault Rifle would be the best ALL AROUND rifle , if it wasnt because the Combat Rifles have similar ( and seemingly more) range and the ACR lacks the Dispersion over range that it deserves.
Thanks to the lack of recoil and dispersion over range, the ACR seems to be a superior Rifle than the AR, except in the RARE case of facing a Shield tanker...
So overall, for those who played Battlefield 3, The Assault Combat Rifle is the Famas with more Clip size....
The best Damage mod is a HEADSHOT....

Best rifle?
Balac AR. Best rifle in game.
For non officer gun :
If you can aim : TAC AR. Amazing vs both shields and armor. Headshoots are very rewardnig with this rifle.

Got 6815 WP only on wrecking tanks with Ion Cannon.
