calling it ahead of time when charlie comes ,the next op fotm scout is gonna be ding ding ding gal scout.
With both precision and dampening bonus that allows for ehp stacking here is my fits (they are copyrighted fits you can't use them)
ehp fit:
highs:one complex precision enhancer, one complex damage mod(if buffed to 7% if not complex shield extender)
lows: one complex dampener, two complex plates, 1 complex repair mod
weapons: viziam scr, tt-3 a.scp
equipment:arn cloak,compact hive
locus grenade
ewar fit:
Highs: two complex precision enhancers
lows:2 complex dampeners, 2 complex kincats
weapons: cr3 shotgun(or ishukone nova knives), smg
equipment:arn cloak, remote explosive
flux grenade(or packed av grenade)
you know ahead of time no (Q_Q) kk

its funny watching all other scouts yell about e war when if your moving slow enough for it to matter your doing it mostly wrong :P

Your precision is worse than the Amarr's, which is crap to begin with.
Cal can damp just as effectively as you without sacrificing its tank.
Cal also has farther scan range than you, and therefore, since you won't be scanning scouts, has better passive scans than you.
Also, as said before, has better tank and regen without sacrificing EWar or speed.
Cal scout is still Alpha Scout. |

amarr has to choose between dampening or tanking or do both and be good at neither , while as a gal scout i can have passive dampening, have passive armor regen,tank and if needed have a active dampner put on.
everything about cal scout you are correct on but thats the beauty of it i'm lvl 5 cal lol and lvl 4 gal (soon to be 5) so if i need to break out the hunter i will

i first skilled into cal then gal to lvl 4 before the hotfixes so if there is a slot layout change,bonus change etc. i did not waste skill points thinking this would be fotm
i am saving my skill points until charlie notes are released so whatever "haha jackass" moment you are thinking i am having think again.
and regardless i'm lvl 5 cal scout, lvl 5 amarr sentinel , lvl 3 amarr commando, lvl 3 amarr logi and as stated above lvl 4 gal so i have options

nope 1.7 i was a cal/min slayer logi i specced these suits after dropsuit command respec in 1.8(you got memory probs? lol)
and amarr sentinel has ALWAYS been king no one has usurped his throne yet
