An HMG can kill my scout twice as fast as a scout with ACR and the hmg requires less aiming precision so I hate seeing hmgs.

If I'm running a Scout, then it's the Sentinel.
If I'm running Sentinels, then it's that fully tuned ACR.
But, I really don't get scared of jack ****.
Plently of ISK to afford me the ability to go down swinging.
If either one is a noob/scrub, then it doesn't matter either way because they will die.
Neither is an automatic Win Button if you know how to play.
Map knowledge is OP, not any particular Dropsuit or Weapon.

Sorry but the heavy HMG combo is the epitome of "automatic Win button"
There's not a modicum of skill involved when using the HMG. The only thing you have to do is not run out into the open; where you're vulnerable. That's literally all there is to it. Yet people still seem to run around like a slayer in a heavy suit & then proceed to incessantly whine that heavies die too easily.
For me it's the Sentinel, b/c even if the user is a ******* imbecile; He has just as much chance of killing me in a straight up fight as I do him.

Sentinel. It doesn't matter if it knows you're there or not; if you don't knock it out in one hit, he'll know where you are and mow you down before you can make your 2nd or if you're lucky, 3rd move.
"One does not simply" run like a Raptor. Only Mk.0 Scouts will do that.

Having both, definitely the sentinel, plus to be okay with one is much easier than with a scout, though scouts are more rewarding with skill. I'd say Gav's minja is the scariest though |

I choose Scout.
Fighting HMG Sentinels are simple. You shoot at them, you die, and hope someone else finishes the job.
1.8 Scouts, I despise. They magically know that I'm the only one that sees them and kills me while the rest of my team is still oblivious. Then my team dies. Plus they're hard to hit, all that strafing and jumping to make up for not knowing how to be a Scout.

As a scout--cal scout, because i usually don't run 3x complex damps, so they'll see me coming from anywhere. Add that to my SG shots getting more blue shield flashes on them than anything else short of null cannons, they're pretty scary.
Proto sentinel isn't scary because i know the outcome each time--he eats me alive, unless i get really lucky. Cal scout is scary cause i have a chance.
"Minmitar Scout" and "Masochist" are synonyms.
