I wanted to like it, I really did. I am an optimist in RL.
I am basing my opinion on the assumption that this is a real fit, not a troll fit.
If you want to be a scout, be a scout. Don't try and make this assault a bad scout fit.
3 of your 5 low modules seem like a waste. PG and CPU upgrades and a profile damp? On an assault?
The basic cloak is terrible on a good scout fit, much less an Assault suit.
I get the high slot choice if you want to stack shields, and the weapons seem fine. Whatever you prefer.
But those lows and the basic cloak? I would make different choices.
But I'm a noob scrub so what the hell do I know?
Wisdom is what you gain after you need it.

I'll correct it
but:
The Cloak, even if you dont approve , 10 seconds are more than enough to prepare a sneak attack.I would know, im a scout and i only use basic cloak.
The Reason i use this AK.0 instead of a Scout is the Bonus that goes directly to the SCR rifle, thing that scouts do not posses.
And to amarr loyalists saying EEEWWW Dual tank. HEH,well. Let me tell you i prefer this FASTER + Cloaked and shield tanked 900+ EHP Amarr than your typical 1050 EHP ****** that moves at 5.3.

We use the SCR rifle. Its a Med-Long Range Weapon. Med Long ranged weapons need Position advantage. To gain position advantage you need speed...
6.5+ speeds at least.

Speed is not a factor here. Im not talking about Cloakign andrunning BEHIND an enemy like scouts do.
Im talking about the typical:''im in an objective, WTH is coming this way? Two heavies, cloak stay still.
Again, i enjoy plying differently, true , this will probably NOT become a FOTM, but the option to do it is there, and im going totry it out. XD

Well im a scout and 15 sec cloak does the trick. its not like im new to this game, positioning is everything.
and if it doesnt work i can always go with this so no prob....

BTW your true amarr warrior might use a tweak. changing an armor plate for another cx armor rep. 18+ armor rep and more speed might help...just saying...

That is useful. Mercs use cloaks to get at ideal Shotgun ranges so why not other weapons? Although instead of right in front how about flanked preferably with a cover option for yourself and none for the tango.
