If I create a new channel, then password protect it, then log out it disappears. What gives? Am I not cool enough for channels?

Yup, I have the same issue but my buddies have no issue with it.
It may have something to do with how many maximum channels you can make. But that's just my speculation of course.

if you change the password on a channel you created you boot everybody out.
dont know if guys with eve powers overrule it or whatever tho.

Whenever you change the password for a channel everyone in the channel is automatically kicked.
Also, if you are the maker of the channel you don't need a password to get in, so if it appears you don't need a password it's not that it's not password protected. |

If I may interrupt this session of Congress to revive my OP...
I had a corpmate create my channel and he stays logged into it. He is a Dust merc, not a capsuleer. What's up with this? I just want to make a channel for my corpmates and non-corpmate friends to interact...
