CCP has already said during Fanfest characters will be able transfer. What we don't know yet is what will transfer. I feel that it's an important topic to clarify and get details out to people, and I intend to follow up on the topic and push for CCP to publish more details on that process as soon as possible.

Sony agreed to the transfer so it should be less of a headache for you guys; just remember the exact details are not out yet and the steps for it; when they are you will know.

Further to IWS comment : All we can say at this point is that a transfer of character properties has been authorized by Sony. No decisions of what properties these will be has been finalized. At this point no published decisions on SP transfer if any, ISK if any or any other assets has been detailed and finalized by CCP publicly.

SO is there a response the entire CPM have come up with yet or do each of you just filter in and spew whatever comes to mind? What exactly does the CPM as a whole agree and think should be transferred? Where's the chairman or someone to say "after discussion we are united in saying _____" |

I guess CCP is too busy to issue CPM tags to the winners from the election......... Yeah that is a good sign.

It's not about how busy anyone is, except maybe international post. Transfer cannot be completed until all NDA docs currently in transit have reached CCP HQ and been verified.
Once the NDA is in place proper transfer from CPM 0 to CPM 1 can begin in earnest.

The only thing I really feel shouldn't transfer over is ISK. Since Legion will have a player economy having some folks have billions and even hundreds of billions in Dust that ISK shouldn't be allowed to screw over the Legion economy. SP and AUR are by far the most important aspects of characters that should be transferred over. Special items like Templar gear, skinweaves, etc. should make the transition as well, but it will be difficult to do so as the BPOs they currently are. I think the best bet would be to make BPOs and any other special items from tournaments etc. into permanent skins.
I think the entire CPM 0 and CPM 1 value the time and monetary investments (AUR and SP) that players have made into Dust and will do their utmost to ensure transfers actually happen.
