Or skin it like the Falchion/Vayu which gives it a distinct skin to differentiate and is a whole lot less work I can't imagine it would take more than a Day to copy/paste the current vehicles reskin them with existing skins slightly alter base stats/slot layout bam Matari/Amarr vehicles.

Blaster with altered stats (More range, less dispersion, less DPS, laser profile) = Pulse Laser Railgun with altered Stats (less range, less heat build up, more alpha, explosives profile)= Artillery.

Basic Amarr HAV: Reskinned Madrugar. Matte Cream finish with bronze and gold bits here and there. Yellow-white lights instead of green.
1 low 4 highs
500 Sheilds 5000 Armor Slower than mollases in January, very high acceleration however though.
Scrambler Turret: Semiauto Scrambler turret that gets more accurate as you keep firing. This it to prevent it from being a infantry instablapper, but have it remain effective against vehicles at all times. It can be charged, when it is fully charged it has pinpoint accuracy, but it takes nearly 5 seconds to charge it. Unlimited Ammo(!!!). This is an energy weapon. There are no physical rounds. Instead, it overheats veryvery quickly, and the heat must be regulated. It could just be a reskinned blaster turret with a cream and gold finish.
Laser Turret: This thing should basically just be an upscaled laser rifle. Less than decent at close range, but omgwtfbbq deadly at long range when it is heated up. Reskinned blaster turret. It overheats, of course. Unlimited ammo as well.
The small turrets could actually just have the ScR and LaserRif stats copypased onto small blaster turrets. |

Make the ROF on the blaster turret ridiculous so its a consistent stream of shots but adjust the damage accordingly using the same mechanics that the laser rifle uses.
For the winmatar, simply put two enlarged hmg where the blaster turret barrel normally is and adjust the damage, range and heat build up accordingly.
