Sometimes its better to get that heavy grind out of the way early tbh, its more expensive getting the suit to 5 than the modules. You dont have to run a proto suit, but you get the proto bonus on your adv, so it pays out still. Not really backwards. Observe the public trust. Protect the innocent. Uphold the law.

Although the bonuses for the minja are incredibly specialised vs the universal appeal of better shields on the softest target in the game. But meh. If it wasn't for respecs I probably never would have gotten lvl5 electronics, so I can't talk. Destiny won't kill Dust. CCP already did that.

The reason to go LV 5 minja is for the knife bonus. But he should really run an M/1. Parkour- Go LV5 in Electronics/Engineering/Dampening/Cloaking/Biotics/KinCats/HAcking/LightWeapon skill/SideArm skill/Knife Prof/Explosives/Shield Extenders. Then stick to a weapon besides knives- I suggest CR due to nice fitting requirements as well as some range for times when knives don't work. You'll want nano skill lv2 for compact nanohives as well.... and pack flux nades. After that you will have everything you need to be a minja. Anything else would be gravy/experimental. And don't worry about haters. This is a low ball game half assed developed with a **** infrastructure stresing **** netcode. it's nothing to be proud of to be gud in this game. Just have fun and let the freaky no lifers get worked up. Dingle Dust Berry.

I stuck a flaylock, knives and three complex kincats on it and have been just running back and forth trying to work out what I can do with it. I think my fastest suit beforehand was sprinting around 9.5 m/s, this one is just over 11. It's almost a little unnerving moving that fast! Reality is the original Rorschach. Verily! So much for all that.
