DUST Search - Proto Stomped 0-15

You quite literally summed up why I like Dark Souls better then Dust 514. Dark Souls doesn't lie about being balanced or fair, most the enemies have a tactic you can try and learn but there really isn't anything for this game.

Unloading a full breach AR magazine into the back of a prototype heavy's head does nothing, having three borderline indestructible tanks (Apparently you can kill them with remote explosives on the back assuming you don't get immediately killed) waiting for you at the only available spawn point gets old very fast. And as for getting a good squad they get immediately killed by the plague-like amount of prototype heavies with hmgs.

I understand that people with prototype gear should be doing better against everyone but the match finder really is screwed up I've played more then a couple matches where the entire enemy team is prototypes with maybe 2 on my side and the rest using either militia or standard. If you want new players to immediately quit and uninstall the game once they realize that they're guns are garbage and they can not compete CCP found the perfect way to do it.

Update: Played a match of ambush against an entire team of prototype with hmgs or shotguns and the when the match finally ended it was 0-38

It got to the point where I was wondering if the game was bugged and showing Medic suits rather than say assault-series. It's always at least 4 and usually 6 of you. I am an exception in my corp. Ive never grouped up with anyone in the Rainbow Effect before, witch pretty much all of them can vouch for. The only time ive done any grouping was to get ready for the Squad Cup with 13ear's team and get used to having a team, those 2 weeks were the most bored out of my skull fights i could ever get, there are just not enough redberries on the field for me to share with a team of 6, let alone just between me and 13ear. I don't play allot anymore though, so if you see me now, it's not the same performance as i put out back when i played daily. I had some pretty good luck in the past month but like today I've been getting my ** pushed in (Relative to how I usually play) every match. It sucks to be the best of the worst on both sides. Doesn't matter what I do or if I join a squad as the other 10 guys going 0/16 or sitting in the redline = Mission Failed. Dat battle academy is churning out ** players somehow. It seems like the game has gotten more popular only god knows how. It's not even a sense of accomplishment anymore. Most the time the guy going 30/0 is running around in a scout suit with a shotgun which is pretty hard to counter mid fight with the rest of the enemy team. Not complaining that I can't one man army but I do feel you on the matchmaking being ** sometimes. Where we will get two squads of 3-6 on one side, and starter corp tags fill my side. Feels bad man. For example had one game today where I went 28/4. The second highest kd/r on my team was 14/5. No lie, we had 6 guys go 0/14+. The rest were like 6/12 or something around a .50 kd/r What did the enemy team have? A squad of 3 that went 16/8 (The HMG), 14/3 (The shotgun scout). and 9/5 (An amarr scrambler assault). The rest of their team? Were all between 2-6 kills and 6-9 deaths. It was a skirmish match so they destroyed our MCC. We couldn't manage to hold even two objectives I was constantly running between both the ones we had, while the enemy had the other 2 constantly. And that was honestly the most balanced game I've had today. Usually I just sit back and snipe or something when it's this bad but i've played around 8-10 games today and its all been pretty awful. Somehow I was getting lucky in the past apparently where it was 50/50 with a couple of close games here and there.

Well yeah, this game has had a massive turnover rate since uprising. And i'll give everyone a hint, it's not because they hate fps games.

Clearly CCP was remiss in not providing a method for destroying BOTH of the tanks at the same time. Like shooting a forge shot through the weakened hull of one, killing it to hit the other and shatter it's weakened hull. Second "Accidental" shot purely optional.

Well I can't stand spawning a Onikuma to get around Skrimish (and then having some random guy steal it when I jump out to capture a spawn point) and didn't have the luck for Domination on that match.
