a Interceptor would fvck a Madrugar up. anybody agree?
No way dude. Dual Reps and an Armour Hardener with Ion Cannon vs a vehicle that can be destroyed by a conventional rifle? I'd just tank through those missiles and keep on rolling. I have a feeling our railgun would split any destiney vehicle in half.
mobility vs artillery. In my opinion this is a very nerd/fanboy flaming friendly subject.

I wish there were a fourth Resistance or at least have the old MP servers online again. I loved destiny, pve/pvp plus tower beats the **** out of merc quarters. CCP could learn a lot from destiny, made me feel more in touch with space/planets than dust ever has Ditto--I was happy they extended the Beta into Sunday, but was so so so so sad when I got disconnected from the servers in the middle of a Strike.
Destiny and Dust are very different games, since Dust is only competitive multiplayer. Folks may not like the PVP in Destiny, and it definitely took me about 10 rounds or so to get the hang of, but once I hit my stride started getting positive KDRs each match, I preferred it WAY more than Dust. One of the best things about it, IMO, is that hipfire stinks, encouraging accuracy with the (really good) scopes. Returning to Dust was both very easy and very hard--very easy because the pace of the game is so much slower and hipfire is cake; hard because I went from having the mobility of a futuristic Olympic-class athlete to that of a geriatric sloth, and because the environments are so damned blocky/boring/copy-and-pasted.
So far, I like everything about Destiny, and most complaints I've read are totally off-base. |

Having played EVE Online but not Destiny, I initially thought you are talking about a frigate. lol. I've never played EVE so I didnt know the names overlapped.

Eve is Type III+ energy wise and we're getting into type IV people wise (overall Eve is still far far far away from type IV though)
Case in point; Eve Online has had developed a weapon that if detonated in atmosphere will annihilate the entire planet's atmo effectively killing everyone on it.
Vs a bunch of auto aim scrubs who are literally just scavenging.
New Eden>destiny.
Be vigilant!, for there are those that remove the teabag BEFORE adding milk!.

Destiny was pretty good, although I didn't feel very involved or drawn in to the story. It is a good game to look it and shoot **** but it's not immersive.

EVE is over a decade old now, destiny is only a few months old..... its like comparing a general to a private. (Lore on player gameplay wise, not talking about IRL)
Lore wise? let's see Amarr started conquering space in 22.335 AD its 23,351 AD now in eve.
Destiney based on old russia feels like is only been about... 50 years since its dark age began and they were not that high tech before the fall either. So about 2100-2200 AD or something. Whoever did the research on urban decay for destiney sucked at it.
